Good Morning!

All students are reminded that they should not carry backpacks to their classrooms unless they have specific permission from the office.  

A library social will be held on Thursday during lunch. Kickoff the “Read for a Lifetime” & Abraham Lincoln Teen Choice Reading Programs with Breakout EDU, LEGOs, Puzzles, and Coloring Pages. Rice Krispies and M&Ms provided.

We have extra copies of yearbooks from 2017-2018 school year.  They are $50 each.  See Ms. Thacker to get your copy today!

Progress Reports will be given out this Friday during Advisory Period.

Seniors: Columbus Day, October 8th is a great day to visit a college.  Parkland has a morning and an afternoon visit time.  RSVP to Parkland.edu/campus visit 

Attention ALL Juniors:  There will be a Junior class meeting THURSDAY in Mr. Anton’s room for all Juniors that wish to help out with planning for float building for Homecoming.

Homecoming dance forms are available in the office!

Congrats to the Varsity Volleyball team for defeating LeRoy last night 25-22, 25-12 to improve to 21-3 overall.  Blue Ridge also won the JV contest 25-9, 25-12 improving their overall record to 14-3.  Leading the varsity for the Knights was Avery Fisher's 20 assists followed by Hannah Brackenhoff with 11 digs and 2 aces; Polly Reynolds with 8 kills and 2 blocks.  Carley Ester with 9 digs and 2 aces.   Way to go Lady Knights!

The Boys Golf team won a three-way match against Fisher and Iroquois West last night.  The leading scorers were Aaron Jayne and Jacob Mozingo.https://ssl.gstatic.com/ui/v1/icons/mail/images/cleardot.gif Great job, Knights!

The Soccer team lost 5 to 0 last night vs. Cornerstone.

After school detentions this week are with:  Ms. Loop in the Spanish room 208.  Lunch detentions Thursday are with Mr. Sparks in his room.

Today’s lunch menu is:  Homemade Mac & Cheese or Chicken Patty w/Oven Fries, Seasoned Peas, Baby Carrots, Juice and Milk
