Notice of Public Meeting
Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at 9 a.m., a meeting conducted by Blue Ridge Community Unit School District #18, DeWitt, McLean, & Piatt Counties, Illinois, will take place at the District Superintendent's Office of said District located at 411 North John Street, Farmer City, IL 61842. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss the District's plans for providing special education services to students with disabilities who attend home schools within the District for the 2013-2014 school term. If you are a parent of a home-schooled student who has been or may be identified with a disability and you reside within the boundaries of Blue Ridge CUSD #18, you are urged to attend. If you have further questions pertaining to this meeting, please contact Mrs. Susan E. Wilson, Superintendent, at 309-928-9141.

Beginning next school year, Fall of 2013, all students entering, transferring, or advancing into 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grades will be required to show proof of receipt of one dose of Tdap vaccine (containing tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis). Most students may have already received the vaccine and simply need to provide the school with verifying documentation from the family health care provider.
