Happy FFA week! 

Dress-up days and activities scheduled for this week are:

TODAY’s theme is USA and popcorn will be provided at lunch. We’ll have a 2:20 dismissal schedule and have an all school assembly after 2:20 in the New Gym.

Tuesday- Dress like a teacher and teachers dress like students! Teachers and FFA members will have lunch provided. Be sure to sign up with Meisner by 3pm on TODAY for lunch. 

Wednesday- Beach theme dress up with snow cones for $1 during lunch

Thursday- Camo/Orange dress theme and we the College/Career Fair from 8am to 1pm in old gym

Friday- Blue and Gold dress theme and the ever popular FFA Barnyard (petting zoo) will be taking place in the ag shop.

We’ll have a 2:20 dismissal schedule TODAY and have an all school assembly after 2:20 in the New Gym.

HS Spring sports meeting will be held TONIGHT at 6pm.  All Spring athletes and their parents are encouraged to attend.

The next blood drive will be on Thursday, March 5.  Key Club sign up during lunch this week to donate.


Local Scholarship packets are available for BRHS seniors!  All local scholarships are due by April 1st.  Packets can be picked up in English classrooms, the Counseling office or the main office. 

There is scholastic bowl practice today in the chem lab at 3:15pm.  


Are you interested in fishing? The Bass Fishing Club invites you to attend a meeting on Thursday, 2/27 at 12:30 in the new gym.

The Snack Shack is opening a hot chocolate bar this week. Go to room 212 during a passing period to check out what flavors and toppings they have available. Hot chocolate costs $1.

Cold and flu season is here. Please help prevent the spread of illness by covering coughs and sneezes, washing your hands often, using sanitizer and staying home if you are ill.


The Knight to Remember Talent show and dinner is this Friday, February 28th here at the school. Dinner is from 5:00 – 7pm in the new gym.  The Talent Show starts at 7:15 in the Old Gym.  Tickets are required but also can be purchased at the door or you may purchase your tickets from any band member!


After school detentions this week are with Mrs. Davis in the Alt Ed room.
