Volleyball camp forms are due by Thursday of next week. Also, we will have a summer volleyball meeting at 2:20 in the new gym after school Wednesday, May 26th.
Dylan Coffey, you are the last soccer player to have not turned in your jersey! Please return your white jersey to the office TODAY!!!!
All Students: please return your library books TODAY. You will be charged for lost books if they are not returned. Fines are now being charged for late books!
Color Guard Clinics will be held next week on May 25th – May 27th from 4-5pm to join a competitive team that performs with the marching band. Any current freshmen thru juniors are welcome to attend! You do not have to know anything, as we will teach it to you, just wear school appropriate clothes you can move in, tennis shoes, and bring a positive attitude. See Mr. Mitchell in the band room, Ms. Meisner in the Ag Room, or any current member for any questions or more information.
BRHS Yearbooks are for sale right now until May 28th. You can order online at www.jostensyearbooks.com or bring a check made out to BRHS yearbook or cash to Ms. Thacker for $50 to order yours. Only a few extra books will be ordered so make sure you get yours before May 28.
Cheer open gyms will be held June 8, 9 and 10 from 3:30-5 for anyone wishing to try out for the football and/or basketball seasons next school year. Tryouts will be held Friday, June 11 starting at 9 am. Email Coach Woliung or stop by to see her to get on the email list for tryout video links and more info to come. You won't want to miss these links, as they will get you prepared for open gym week.
The STEM club will be meeting next week on May 26th in the Biology room.
Auditions for the summer community theatre production of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland will be next Thursday and Friday - May 27 & 28 - from 3:30-5:00 and 6:30-8:00 onstage in Moore Gymnasium. No experience needed. Anyone who has completed kindergarten through the oldest of grandparents can join! You only need to come to one audition time. Avery Place and Sydnee Evans combined for a one hit shut out last night for Lady Knights Softball game. A 9 run 1st inning put the game out of reach early. Avery Place was 2-3 with 5 RBI, Ashlyn Voyles added 2 hits and 2 RBI, Farrah Michaels had 2 hits and an RBI, and Cassie Zimmerman drove in 2 runs. Blue Ridge beat Cerro Gordo 15 to Zero in 4 innings. Way to go Lady Knights!
