The Fellowship of Christian Athletes will be meeting Thursday during lunch! Come join us for snacks and good conversations as we look at the lives of people from the past. Bring your lunch to Mr. Minteer's room to join! All are welcome!
Freshman and sophomores, please renew your library books. Late fees are being charged to you!
The Piatt County Toy and Gift program application form is in the office for the holidays. This is only for students living in Piatt County. If you are interested, the form must be postmarked by 10/31. See the office for more details!
The first FFA Meeting is TONIGHT at the High School. Please come in the Ag door #10 by the Ag Room behind the School. Committees will meet at 6:30 pm with the Chapter meeting starting at 7:15 pm after the Committees meet. Come and learn about FFA and participate in a fun activity.
Upcoming College visit dates from the Guidance office are:
- SIUC will also be visiting Friday at 11:30pm.
- The Navy is here during lunch on Thursday.
- The Air Force will be coming on September 28th during lunch.
- Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing will be here for a college visit on October 18th at 1:00pm.
See Ms. Hieronymus or Ms. Clayton for a pass for Juniors and Seniors to attend any of these college visits.
Congrats to the Varsity Volleyball team on their thrilling three set win vs. ALAH last night by the scores of 25-13, 21-25, 25-20 to improve their record to 23-2 (3-1 in the conference). Jaclyn Pearl led the Lady Knights with 12 kills, 3 blocks and 15 digs. Gracie Shaffer led the Knights with 20 assists and 4 blocks while Jamie Wanserski had 3 aces. ALAH won the JV prelim 25-22, 22-25, 15-12. Way to go Lady Knights!
After school detentions this week are in the office.
