Today is the last day to order the High School Yearbooks for $50.  After that date the price will go up!  See Ms. Thacker to order one.

 

It was a great night for the high school scholastic bowl teams last night!  The varsity went 3-0 last night starting the night off avenging a Saturday loss to Cornerstone by defeating the Cyclones in two over time sudden death questions by a score of 260-240.  From there the varsity defeated Christ Lutheran 220-110 and Tri-Point 260-190 to improve their overall record to 34-14.  The JV went 2-1 on the evening, defeating Cornerstone and Christ Lutheran only to fall to Tri-Point by 10 points.  Leading the varsity in toss-ups was AJ Johnson with 13 followed by Alexis Wike with 8, Indra Nolan with 6, Savannah Coffin with 3 and Addison Warsaw with 2.  The JV was led by Devin Wrestler's 4 toss-ups.  Go knights!

This week is National FFA Week where we celebrate and educate about the National FFA Organization.

 

Today Blue and Gold Day and the FFA Barnyard. Teachers will get a chance to bring students to the barnyard as a class, any student wanting to come down during study hall will need to have a pass.

Back by popular demand this year, is Tractor Day where students can drive a tractor to school.

 

Yesterday’s trivia question was- What year did the Future Farmers of America change its name to the National FFA Organization? Mrs. Paullin emailed first in with the correct answer of 1988.
