Softball- Cassie Zimmerman.  Cassie is a leader not only in stats such as slugging and fielding but also leading the team by guiding and mentoring younger team members to develop their skills and love of the sport.  She has a competitive drive and balances the team with her humor and wit.

Boys Track-Matt Schumacher -Matt currently leads the track team in total points scored this season.  Matt has seen significant improvements in his events this season setting personal records in the Shot, Discus, 400M and 100M dash. Matt will also be competing in the News Gazette Honor Roll Meet this Month

Girls Track-Anna Place.  Anna has participated in BRHS track and field program the past two years.  Anna excels in intermediate and distance events which are a hard sell to get kids to buy into and participate in.  Anna is very dependable, not missing practices or meets.   Anna participates in the 4x800, 3200 (60% of the time) and the occasional 4x400 and/or the open 800.    Anna is one of eight girls this year that

has eclipsed the 100 pt club for the team.   We only wished that Anna was a part of the girls track and field team for her first two years in high school.

Today’s lunch menu is:  Mac & Cheese, Roasted Garlic Broccoli veggies with Ranch, fruit, milk and juice
