  • The library will continue to be open during the lunch period.  There will be no food or drink allowed.  Come check it out.  If you have any questions, see Mrs. Raines in the library.  
  • Basketball Cheer tryout practice days continue TODAY at 3:30 in the old gym and tryouts are Friday at 3:30. All three days are mandatory. If you have any questions email Miss Robbins or see the flyers around the school.
  • If you're looking for a community of people who will encourage and challenge you as you walk through life, come check out "Thrive".    Thrive is a place to grow in community as you grow in your faith and it is open to everyone! We'll meet TODAY at lunch in Mr. Minteer's room. Lunch will be provided!  Don't just get through your day, try to Thrive! 
  • The BRHS Student Council is sponsoring a Halloween Costume Contest on October 31st during lunch in the old gym.  The winning categories are:  Best Overall costume, (either individual or group max of 5) and 1st and 2nd winners in each class.  Judging will be during lunch and winners announced by the end of the day.  There will also be prizes!  Get those costumes out and have some fun with us!
  • The varsity Lady Knights ended their season Monday night with a loss at Regionals to LeRoy.  Phoebe Reynolds led with 5 kills and and Alissa Edwards had 7 assists.  The Knights ended their season with a record of 3-27.
  •  Make your reservations today for Dinner Theatre! Come see Murder at the Renaissance Faire or...Shakespeare Kills Me - next Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on the stage in Schneider Cafeteria.  11 people stranded on an island during any storm. One of them is definitely a murderer. Will anyone make it off the island alive? Especially when they start dying in the same way as famous deaths from Shakespeare....  Talk to Ms. Yeagle or a cast or crew member to make your reservations now.  Dinner begins one hour before the performance. 
  • Last night FFA members traveled to Sullivan and competed in the Section 16 Ag Sales and Greenhand Quiz Bowl events. The Greenhand Quiz Bowl team placed 5th overall with team members including Drake Hardesty, Ava Hammer, Sierra Watterson, Kelly Weiss, and Cheyanne Smith. The Ag Sales team placed 5th overall in their division with team members including Shawn Christie, Ava Paullin, and Carmen Ellis. 
  • The next FFA meeting is November 14th with committee meetings at 6:30 and Chapter meetings at 7:00. Come participate in some activities and a community service activity creating holiday cards to send to soldiers overseas.
