Seniors, please submit your senior slideshow pictures for graduation.
Ms. Thacker’s yearbook class needs 2 baby pictures, 2 senior pictures and 2 other pictures growing up before March 1st. You can bring them in to be scanned or email them to Ms. Thacker.
Students who ordered Gondolas may purchase them at the concession stand in the Commons at lunch. The Junior class thanks you!
The art club will meet Wednesday after school. The t-shirts are in and ready to go. See Sports You for more information.
Wednesday is Stem Club meeting in the Chem lab during lunch!
Environmental Science students are hosting a Mural Art Competition! Blue Ridge High School students will be able to submit their artwork to become a mural on the walls of Blue Ridge High School. The mural theme is Nature. Show your creativity and love for nature and email your artwork entry to Ms. Small by February 16th.
This Thursday night the student council will be playing Tic-Tac-Toe during half-time at the girls varsity basketball game. Sign up this week during lunch! You must be in attendance at the game to participate! We’ll be at the boys game on Tuesday, 2/13 also so sign up for both! You’ll complete a lay up and place either an X or O, then another lay up and place another one then a free throw. The winner will receive a prize from the student council. Also next week during lunch sign up for the Valentine sweets to give to your valentine. Cost is $2. Sign up for that also. A table will be at lunch all week!
Mark your calendars! A Sadie Hawkins dance will be held on Saturday, February 24th from 7-9pm, hosted by the student council. Sign-ups for that will be held soon and if you bring a student from another school, the paperwork will be in the office!
