The VFW Auxiliary is collecting entries for the 2-D Art and 3-D Art Patriotic Art Contest. Deadline for submission is April 2. Please see the office for entry forms or Mrs. Ramirez. Monetary and scholarship prizes available.
The mural competition results are in! Thank you to all who voted and donated their change to their favorite murals. The winners are:
3rd place: Logen Buccholz, option 5.
2nd place: Rylan Umstattd, option 4.
1st place: Broghen Flannell, option 10, Be nice to nature.
Broghen's artwork will be painted as a mural, so look out for updates! Thank you to all of the artists who submitted their artwork. Congratulations to all! It was all for a great cause! The donations were about $170! Thank you everyone!
Day Camp Leaders are needed this summer at Allerton Park in Monticello. You must be 16 and have a valid driver’s license to apply. Forms are in the office.
The Farmer City pool is looking for workers this summer. Applications are in the office and should be returned to City Hall soon.
Varsity Softball plays tonight at HOME vs. Salt Fork at 4:30 and Varsity Baseball plays away tonight at Decatur Eisenhower at 4:30. The Boys Baseball team should be released from class at 2:45.
On Saturday the Girls Track team has a meet at Bloomington Wesleyan University at 10am. Bus time is 8:20am. Good luck!
