Good Morning Blue Ridge! Here are your daily announcements….
There is a Student Council meeting TODAY during lunch in the library.
Coach Paragi would will be here to meet with all prospective girls basketball players during lunch on Wednesday 4/30 in the library.
Seniors, library books need to be returned to the library by TODAY.
Juniors and Seniors, please go to google classroom and fill out the survey for post prom.
Freshman, Sophomores and Juniors, library books need to be returned to the library by the end of the day on Monday, May 5th. If you cannot find your book, or need it past this date come see Mrs. Raines in the library.
Prom ticket sales continue TODAY during lunch thru TOMORROW. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Tickets are $20 for Prom and $10 for post-prom. See the table in commons during lunch to purchase tickets. When purchasing Prom tickets, remember to also purchase your 2025 Prom Souvenir glass with a straw for $10!
Who will be our Prom King and Queen? Be sure and check google classroom and vote for Prom King and Queen today!
It was a great day for Blue Ridge girls track and field! Out of 8 teams yesterday, the Lady Knights placed 2nd only to a bigger school from Paris. Ariahna Miller-Brown placed 2nd in the Triple Jump with a PR jump while also placing 2nd in the 100m, 1st in the 400 and first in the 200 with a PR time inching closer to the state qualifying standard. Lexi Winstead shook off the dust in the 200 placing 5th in that event as well as the HJ and 100. The 4x800 team of Karly Warner, Indra Nolan, Kelly Weiss and Presley Whisman placed 1st. Kelly Weiss placed 3rd in the 1600 with a sub minute time and PR'd in the 800. Ava Hammer placed 2nd in the 3200 and 4th in the 300IH with a PR time. Cede Manuel tied for 2nd in the Pole Vault out of 5 competing. Other notable PR's were Karly Warner in the shot and disc as well as Indra Nolan in the discus with a hurl over 80 feet! Way to go Lady Knights track and field!
The Softball game tonight vs. LeRoy has been cancelled.
