It’s Homecoming week!
Congratulations to our new Homecoming King, Devin Wrestler and his Queen Karly Warner! They were crowned on Sunday at coronation. Also congratulations to Ms. Eubank on her induction in the Wall of Fame for Blue Ridge.
Today is 80’s theme day. Every day this week during lunch, we’ll meet in the new gym for spirit points in your class dress. Be there or no spirits points will be given to your class. Wednesday is Rhyme with no Reason. Thursday is Dress your age and Friday is Class colors and Anything but a backpack. There are some rules for Anything but a backpack like no dogs, no siblings, nothing big and you can easily bring up and down stairs.
The boosters club has been busy planning homecoming games and activities this year! On Friday October 17th, boosters will provide a hot dog lunch with chips, cookies, and a drink. Then we will host our homecoming games immediately after lunch. Be sure to get signed up in the office for Macho Volleyball, Powder Puff (flag) football, and Mr. and Mrs. Kool games. 4pm on Friday will be the parade.
All Senior Football, Cheer, Band and Color Guard students please come to the office and get the senior questionnaire form for Senior night.
Congratulations to the high school band on their 1st place on Saturday at Mount Zion. Way to go Knights!
Girls Volleyball is at HOME tonight at 5:30 vs ALAH and the theme is CAMO!
