Congratulations to everyone on a great homecoming week last week and Congratulations to the Seniors for winning the Spirit Stick and trophy. It was a very close competition when it came down to the percentage totals. The seniors won by 1 point, followed in 2nd place by the Juniors and 3rd place by the Freshman and in 4th place the Sophomores. Thank you all for participating and coming out on Saturday night for a great night at the homecoming dance.
Picture retake day is this Friday, Oct. 24th! We will let you know if you need to get your picture taken.
This Friday, the 24th, during lunch we're having Halloween in the library. Bring your lunch and have fun watching scary shorts, making pinecone spiders, bat clothespins, and ghost lollipops. Plus there will be candy! If you have any questions see Mrs. Raines in the library.
Also this Friday, the STEM Club is having their Spooktacular from 4:30 – 7:30pm. Tours start every ½ hour. They have a photo wall and coloring station and lots of activities while you are waiting. Come and check it out! Donations at the door is accepted.
If you are interested in signing up for Winter sports, Boys and Girls Basketball, please come to the office to sign up. Parent winter sport meetings will be soon, so stay tuned!
The Soccer team got beat at home on Saturday in their 1st game of regionals.
Tonight the Volleyball team plays away at Roanoke-Benson. Bus time is 4pm. Game time is 5:30pm. Go Lady Knights.
Lunch for today is: an Italian Sub Sandwich
