BRHS Daily Announcements for Friday, 10/31
Thank you from all the Blue Ridge FFA for everyone’s support in their quest for the Model of Excellence competition at the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis. They are in the Top 10 in the nation out of 9,400 FFA chapters and the Premier chapter in Illinois. Way to go Blue Ridge FFA!
The annual Student Council Halloween Costume Contest is today in old gym at 12:30. There will be 1st and 2nd place winners in each class.
Costume categories are:
1. Funniest
2. Best Couple
3. Most Creative
4. Scariest/Spookiest
The Drama department will have their Dessert Theatre production next Friday, Saturday 11/7 and 11/8 and a matinee on Sunday 11/9 at 2pm in the old gym. More information to come next week and everyone is invited to attend!
The FFA Trivia night will be held on Saturday, November 15th at 6pm at the Woodlawn Country Club. Teams of 6 people for “Through the Decades”. If you are interested, see Mrs. Hardesty in the office. There will also be silent auction items and desserts to bid on also.
Monday, 11/3 is class meetings with Herff Jones on site from 8:30am to 9:45am in the commons.
