Seniors, please turn in your baby pictures/middle year pictures and senior pictures before FRIDAY, THIS WEEK to Mrs. Schriefer for the graduation slideshow.
ATTENTION JUNIORS: There will be a Prom planning meeting during lunch on Wednesday in Mrs. Schriefer's room!
Be sure to check out the lost and found table in the commons. All the items have been washed and are ready for their owners to claim them.
If you are interested in lifeguarding this summer at the Farmer City pool, applications for employment are in the office and should be returned to the Farmer City - City Hall.
The boys track team participated in their outdoor season opening meet on Monday. The day was led by Chase Ellis placing in both the 100m and long jump with personal records. Wyatt Laidley followed up with 2nd and 3rd place finishes in the Triple Jump and Long Jump respectively both with personal records. The Knights are running again Wednesday at Okaw Valley starting at 4pm with a bus time at 2:10pm.
Congrats to the BRHS girls track and field team for winning the Illini Central coed quad meet on Monday night! Lexi Winstead ran blistering times in the 100 and 200 placing first in each event. Ariahna Miller Brown took first in the TJ and three second place finishes in the 100, 200 and 400 respectively. Indra Nolan PR'd in the discus at 85' and also in the shot put. Kelly Weiss stepped up to place first in the 3200m and second in the 1600m races. Kayla Meeker won the 1600 and placed 3rd in the 800. The 4x100 team of Lexi Winstead, Mariah and Taylyn Watterson and Ellie Clark placed 1st. Way to go lady knights track and field!
