If you still have a library book, it is late. They were due back on Friday to the Library.
If you did not receive a free Yearbook autograph booklet and would like one, please stop by Mrs. Schriefer’s room to pick one up. The booklet includes student photos, autograph pages, and information about this year’s yearbook and Yearbook.
Next week are Color Guard tryouts Monday, 5/18 and Wednesday, 5/20 from 4-5pm. If you’re interested, please see Coach Meisner.

Congrats to Lexi Winstead and Ariahna Miller-Brown for both qualifying for the state track meet at EIU next Thursday from last night's sectional at Maroa-Forsyth. Lexi placed 2nd in the 100 while Ariahna placed 2nd in the 400. Other notables include Kayla Meeker's PR time placing 5th in the 800 The 4x800 team also placing 5th while Ariahna-Miller Brown rounded out her placements with a 5th in the 100; 6th in TJ and a 3rd in the 200 narrowly just qualifying there. Kelly Weiss and Cede Manuel both placed in the PV while the heavily freshman led 4x400 team ran a PR time with everyone's splits at or below a 1:13. The lady knights placed a very respectable 5th out of 18 teams competing at the sectional. Way to go lady knights track and field.
Softball has an away game at Arcola on Saturday at 10am. Bus time is 8am. Good Luck Knights!
Sunday is BRHS graduation at 2pm in the new gym. Congatulations to all the seniors!
