HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS

If you lost a retainer is Ms. Thacker's room, she has it.

In College Visit news:  TOMORROW, Illinois Wesleyan will be visiting during 5th hour. Please see Mrs. Coy or Mrs. Whitehouse for a pass.   In addition, Northern Illinois University will be visiting on Monday November 4th and will be waiving the $40 application fee for students who apply during the college visit. Millikan will be here on November 5th during 8th hour, Illinois State University and Paul Mitchell School of Cosmetology on November 6th.  

JV volleyball, Please turn in your uniforms to coach Moak or coach Miles by Friday. 

Scholastic bowl practice starts Monday in the chem lab.

Key Club is sponsoring a Blood Drive November 15.  Sign up during lunch hour this week or see Mrs. Davis.

There is still seating available for all three performances of "The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood". Dinner Theatre is Nov.1 and Nov.2, dinner at 6pm and show at 7pm. Matinee is Sunday, Nov.3, dinner at 1pm and show at 2pm. Reservations are required and tickets are $16.  A limited number of general admission tickets are available for $10 and reservations are recommended. We will be serving cheese balls, crackers, and celery sticks for appetizers; cole slaw, potato salad, pulled pork, with bun on the side; BBQ sauce, Pumpkin Cake and Ice cream. If anyone has dietary needs, just let us know in advance and we are happy to accommodate. Reservations may be made at b_r_drama@yahoo.com and you will receive a confirmation back. Or you can talk to any cast member or Miss Yeagle.

Congratulations to Joe Smith!  He is the winner of the Library’s two-sentence Horror Story contest!  Joe, your candy is in the lIbrary for you to pick up!  Here’s the two-sentence story he wrote ….

Congrats to the Varsity Volleyball team on defeating Salt Fork last night 25-14, 25-13 in the regional semi-finals to advance to TONIGHT’s Regional finals vs. Judah Christian.  The Lady Knights were led by Jenna Mozingo's 15 digs followed by Gracie Shaffer's 11 assists, Willa Manuel's 6 kills and Meah Carter's 11 service points and two aces.  Go Knights!

 Today’s lunch menu is: Orange Chicken or Chicken Patty w/bun  

 

 Lunch detentions today are with Mr. Minteer and afterschool detentions are Mr. Anton.
