HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS

If you lost your retainer, please see Ms. Thacker.  She has it in her room.

There will be a Key Club meeting for all members TODAY in Mrs. Davis' room during lunch with treats for all!

 

TODAY Illinois Wesleyan will be visiting during 5th hour. Please see Mrs. Coy or Mrs. Whitehouse for a pass.   In addition, Northern Illinois University will be visiting on Monday and will be waiving the $40 application fee for students who apply during the college visit. Millikan will be here on Tuesday during 8th hour, Illinois State University and Paul Mitchell School of Cosmetology on November 6th.  

JV volleyball, Please turn in your uniforms to coach Moak or coach Miles TODAY. 

Scholastic bowl practice starts Monday in the chem lab.

TONIGHT starts the Dinner Theatre performances of "The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood". Tonight and Saturday night dinner is at 6pm and show at 7pm and  Matinee is Sunday, Nov.3, dinner at 1pm and show at 2pm. These performances are all held at Schneider Cafeteria.  Reservations are required and tickets are $16.  A limited number of general admission tickets are available for $10 and reservations are recommended. We will be serving cheese balls, crackers, and celery sticks for appetizers; cole slaw, potato salad, pulled pork, with bun on the side; BBQ sauce, Pumpkin Cake and Ice cream. If anyone has dietary needs, just let us know in advance and we are happy to accommodate. Reservations may be made at b_r_drama@yahoo.com and you will receive a confirmation back.

Congrats to the Varsity Volleyball team on their hard fought win last night vs. Judah Christian 25-14, 25-13 in the regional championship by winning their 7th straight regional title in a row.  The Knights were led by Nadia Beadle's 11 kills, 17 digs and 2 aces followed by Jenna Mozingo's 16 digs, Gracie Shaffer's 18 assists and Meah Carter's 10 service pts, 2 aces and 5 kills.  The Lady Knights are back in action Monday at Milford at 6:30pm in the sectional semi-final vs. Crete (Illinois Lutheran).  Go Knights!

Attention Volleyball fans!!  There will be a Fan Bus on Monday as the girls head to Milford for Sectionals.  If you would like to ride the fan bus please sign up in the office before noon on Monday.  Cost of the bus is $1.00.  Cost of the game is $6.
