TONIGHT the Winter Sports Parent Meeting will begin in the new gym at 5:30. Parents and students are invited to attend!!
Illinois State University rep will be visiting during 2nd hour Wednesday and Paul Mitchell School of Cosmetology will be here during 6th hour! Get a pass today if you are interested, if no one signs up we cancel the college visits, so don't wait until the last minute to get a pass.
Looking ahead- next week Parkland visiting on Wednesday the 13th
and Lincoln College visiting on Thursday the 14th. Western Illinois University will be here the following week on November 19th. Get your Passes from Mrs. Coy or Mrs. Whitehouse today!!
Wednesday – Jostens will be here during 2nd hour for Senior class members. All Senior class members should go to 2nd hour class, then will be called down after attendance is taken.
There will be a Student Council Meeting on Thursday during lunch in Ms. Loop’s room. The topic for discussion is the Veterans Day Assembly on Monday, November 11th.
The Varsity Volleyball team lost a heart breaker in the sectional semifinals last night to Crete Illinois Lutheran 26-28, 23-25 to finish their season at 29-9 overall. Leading the Knights were Nadia Beadle with 11 kills followed by Gracie Shaffer's 19 assists, and Jenna Mozingo's 23 digs. Congratulations on a great season Lady Knights!
After school detentions this week is with Mrs. Jones in room 203. Lunch hour detentions on Tuesday and Thursday are with Mr. Seneca in room 116.
