At the end of the school day on Tuesday, a student reported that another student had made a verbal threat of violence toward BRIJHS. Due to the timing of the report and the cooperation of the accused student's family there is believed to be no immediate threat at the school. The school has been able to continue to follow normal security procedures and has not needed to go on lockdown. The investigation is ongoing and law enforcement was at school today working on the investigation. More information will be sent out as it becomes available.
