HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS

Good Morning!
Attention students who drive to school. Student Council will be selling reserved parking spots for students to purchase. Seniors can purchase certain spots today and Friday and Juniors can purchase remaining spots next Monday and Tuesday during lunch. Next Wednesday anyone else can purchase leftover spots. The cost is only $20 and the reservation lasts all school year while school is in session. Please see the pink flyers around the building to see which spots you can purchase.
Auditions for the fall play will be next Thursday and Friday in the library from 3:30-6:00. The play is called “North Woods Nonsense”. Check out the theatre bulletin board downstairs next to the library windows for more information!!!
Congrats to the Varsity Volleyball team for defeating the host Judah Christian Tribe, 25-12, 25-14 to start off the year 1-0 on Tuesday. Also Congrats to the JV Volleyball team on their 25-19, 25-20 win over Judah Christian as well. Leading the way for the varsity was Avery Fisher with 20 assists; followed by Hannah Brackenhoff with 11 digs and 3 aces, Megan Schumacher with 8 kills and Meah Carter with 1 block. On Thursday at GCMS the JV match will start at 5:30pm. Way to go Knights!
At yesterday’s Soccer match, the Knights tied with Rantoul 2 to 2. Scoring the 1st goal for the Knights was Brendan Flannell and the 2nd goal was Nick Becker on a penalty kick. The Soccer team plays at Iroquois West tonight beginning at 4:30. Teachers: please dismiss the Soccer players today at 2:05 for the game at Iroquois West. The Bus will dismiss at 2:15. Today the Boys and Girls Golf Teams play Okaw Valley High School at HOME at Woodlawn. Tee Time is 4:00. Go Knights!
