The lady Knights stayed in it until the end, but Paxton-Buckley-Loda pulled away late in a 7-6 victory last night.  Carsyn Stiger, Addison Roos, Ellie Schlieper, Cassie Zimmerman, and Karlee Fenton each collected one hit.  Carsyn Stiger and Karlee Fenton were a one-two punch in the lineup, as each drove in two runs for the lady Knights. The lady Knights had a strong eye at the plate, collecting eight walks for the game. Lily Enger and Cassie Zimmerman led the team with two walks each. Addison Roos stole three bases and the team stole five bases in all.  Blue Ridge Varsity Knights turned two double plays in the game.  Next up Senior Night Friday night against Delavan at home on Friday.

Today’s lunch menu is: Orange Chicken & Rice
