STEM Club will be having a meeting FRIDAY during lunch for all members helping with the earth day event!
BACC students will be taking their yearbook picture today at 11:30 in the commons.
Attention Juniors and Seniors: Prom and Post Prom tickets will be sold during lunch in the Commons now through May 3rd. If you are not here during lunch please see Ms. Lagle before or after school. Prom tickets cost $20 each and Post Prom tickets cost $10 each. Tickets must be purchased in advance. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR!
Art Club will meet TODAY after school in the art room. Be to pick up a permission slip from Mrs. Ramirez.
This Saturday, 4/27 the Garden Club will have a work day in the square. We start at 9am. Any help would be appreciated.
There will be a lunch meeting in the library for anyone interested in playing volleyball on Monday, May 13rd in the library.
Last night the ag mechanics FFA team traveled to Parkland College to compete in the Section 16 Ag Mechanics event. Members of the team included Drake Hardesty in Ag Power, Ava Paullin in Welding, Lori Weiss in Surveying, Lillian Enger in Carpentry, and Rachel Light and Gavin Friel in Electricity. Rachel Light and Lillian Enger both placed first in their respective areas and the team placed 1st overall in the event qualifying to advance to state next Thursday with one student in each area. Congratulations!
Congrats to the girls track team for winning the 5 team LeRoy coed Monday night. Alissa Edwards won the TJ followed by first place finishes in the 100 and 200 by Alexis Winstead. Jasmine Petmecky won the 3200. The 4x800 team of Jasmine Petmecky, Indra Nolan, Karly Warner and Kelly Weiss. Ivy Whitehouse PR in the HJ. All in all a great effort by the girls track and field team. Way to go Knights!
Varsity Softball has a home meet vs. Tri-County at 4:30pm at Weedman Park. Good Luck Lady Knights.
