15 students from BRHS will be showing their artwork at Illinois State University. Their work was accepted into the juried show for Central Illinois High School Art Exhibition. The show is at University Galleries in downtown Normal and will run from February 2-16.





Roads are icy at present time. Temps should rise & conditions improve to dismiss at normal time at end of day. We plan to keep AM PreK at school, feed lunch, send home when K-12 dismisses. PreK parents may check their child out of school if prefer. PM PreK is cancelled.

BRIJHS Volleyball match is at home. 7th grade boys basketball play at Heyworth at 5 p.m. with bus leaving at 3:50 p.m. BRHS Girls Basketball at LOVC Tourney is on for tonight. Bus at 4:15 p.m.

Due to inclement weather, school is cancelled for Blue Ridge today, Thursday, January 17. Status of evening events will be determined by noon today.

The Backpack Food Program provides weekend provisions for students at risk of hunger. Volunteers are needed for food packaging 1:30-3 PM in the BRHS Ag Shop on 1/16, 2/13, 3/13, 4/17, 5/15. Come by and lend a hand if you can!
