Today in the library skills, 2nd & 3rd graders investigated "Crimes Against Books" while learning about library book care. They acted as Library CSIs and decided what crime had been committed: a little sister coloring with markers? A family pet who thought the book was a toy? They used their clues to decide!

The Blue Ridge Wall of Fame committee is happy to welcome BONNIE TRENKLE as the newest member! The panel had 10 terrific candidates from which to choose this year and felt great about Bonnie being the selection. Bonnie will be introduced at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 15th as part of the kickoff to our Homecoming week festivities. A reception will follow for anyone wishing to reconnect with/congratulate her. She will also serve as the Grand Marshall of the parade on Wednesday, September 18th at 6:00 p.m. Congratuations Bonnie!

White bus has had a mechanical issue and is broken down. They are located on the side of the road near the Flanigon Rock on Rte 136. Everyone is OK. We are sending personnel and exchanging buses but delivery to home will be delayed. If you are able to pick up your child from their location, you are able to do so.
